Website terms
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms explain how you may use revilldesign.com (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Revill Design Ltd, trading as Revill Design Group (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09209237. Our registered office is Courtenay House, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5AZ, and our VAT number is GB513194315.
You can contact us at workwith@revilldesign.com.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the site in any way;
- copy, scrape or extract content from the site in bulk, except as allowed in section 5.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, for example for maintenance or if we believe these terms have been broken.
3. Our venues and brands
The site describes venues and brands that we design, build and run, including Rooftop Saunas and The Birds Nest. Some of these are operated by separate companies within our group. Bookings, purchases and visits at any venue are governed by that venue’s own terms, published on its own website, not by these terms.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Information on the site about our services, sites, figures and timelines is provided for general information. It is not an offer, and it does not form part of any agreement. Any project, lease, partnership or other work with us is subject to a separate written agreement, and only that agreement sets out what each party commits to.
Figures such as visit numbers and occupancy are drawn from our own trading records at the date they were published and may change.
5. Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in the site and its content, including our designs, text, photography, logos and brand names. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Press logos and third-party trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners and are used to refer to coverage of our work.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including our venue sites and press articles. We have no control over the content of sites we don’t operate and are not responsible for them, or for any loss that may arise from your use of them.
7. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete, accurate or free from errors, or that it will always be available. Content may change without notice.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content. If you use the site for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Your privacy
We use any personal information you give us, for example when you email us, in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Please check this page when you use the site; the terms in force at that time apply.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
