We turn
underused spaces
into destinations
We design, build and run destination venues: saunas and wellness hubs, rooftop restaurants and bars, cafés and workspaces. Landlords, developers, local authorities and workspaces partner with us to bring underused space to life, from established buildings to meanwhile sites.
Destinations people go out of their way for
We transform overlooked spaces into high-impact destinations for teams, customers and the wider public, repurposing dormant sites to deliver new income and measurable social value.
Built in our workshop, not on your site
Our sauna cabins and modular units are designed and built in our Cornwall workshop before they arrive, so time on your site is short, disruption is minimal and timelines are shorter. And because they’re modular, they fit spaces conventional builds can’t.
One team, every step
Most operators bring in a designer, a builder, an equipment supplier, a software provider and an operating team. We do it all ourselves. We design and build our own sauna cabins, design our own cold plunges, build our own booking software and run every venue with our own team. No other team covers every one of those steps, and none brings 12+ years of rooftop hospitality with it. One team, from the first drawing to the last session of the night, and it shows in every detail.
An audience from day one
Our lifestyle and wellness brand, Rooftop Saunas, helped pioneer sauna culture in the UK and is among the busiest in the country per site: 170,000+ visits from just two locations, at over 90% occupancy. Fair prices keep it open to everyone, so the crowd is a real mix: locals, creatives and professionals, and the people they bring with them. It’s a brand people want to be part of, named Best Urban Sauna in the UK and featured in National Geographic, Condé Nast Traveller, Vogue and The Telegraph.
Our venues

Rooftop Saunas Hackney
Netil Corner: our flagship Rooftop Saunas site, with four private sauna cabins and cold plunges for friends, couples and teams.

Rooftop Saunas Brixton
International House: four private sauna cabins and cold plunges, with spectacular views of London.

The Birds Nest
A rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar at International House, designed, built and fitted out in-house.

Netil360
Built when everyone said rooftop venues don’t work in Britain. It became one of the UK’s most iconic rooftop bars and helped put Mare Street on the map.

Pop-up builds
Partner of the Blue Earth Summit 2026, bringing sauna and cold plunge to its new Health Hub alongside Dryrobe, Icebreaker and On Running. Free sessions for attendees made it one of the busiest stops at the summit. Also Brighton Sauna Festival and Equanimity Festival.
How we build
We see potential where others see problems. Our modular system fits spaces other operators and builders wouldn’t consider: awkward rooftops, tight footprints and irregular sites. Inside existing buildings, we bring the same eye, turning unloved interiors into places people want to spend time. Whatever the space, everything we build is designed for flexibility and style, with the thoughtful details our guests have come to expect.
Combining our understanding of how people live and work in cities with a considered design approach, we bring wellness, food and community into new environments, helping more people slow down and find calm.
Questions partners ask
What does Revill Design Group do?
We design, build and run destination venues: saunas and wellness hubs, rooftop restaurants and bars, cafés and workspaces. Our own brands include Rooftop Saunas in Hackney and Brixton and The Birds Nest in Brixton.
How long does a new site take?
Our units are largely built off site in our Cornwall workshop, so time on site is short and disruption is minimal. Every site is different, but our modular build lets us move quickly wherever the site allows.
What do you need from a site partner?
The space and a power and water connection. We handle the design, build, staffing and day-to-day running.
What lease terms do you work on?
From as little as six months on meanwhile sites to long-term leases on established buildings. We agree terms that work for each site.
Can your venues be removed when a site is redeveloped?
Yes. Our units are modular and self-contained, so they can be lifted out cleanly when a scheme moves to its next phase.
Have a space in mind?
Tell us about the site, and we’ll arrange a call to talk through how we’d approach it.
