# Revill Design Group

> Revill Design Group designs, builds and runs destination venues: saunas and wellness hubs, rooftop restaurants and bars, cafés and workspaces. Landlords, developers, local authorities and workspaces partner with us to bring underused space to life, from established buildings to meanwhile sites.

> Revill Design Group (Revill Design Ltd, company no. 09209237) has 12+ years of creating rooftop and destination venues in London. One team covers every step: we design and build our own sauna cabins and modular units in our Cornwall workshop, design our own cold plunges, build our own booking software and run every venue with our own team.

## Our venues and brands

- Rooftop Saunas (https://rooftopsaunas.com/): our lifestyle and wellness brand, which helped pioneer sauna culture in the UK. Private sauna and cold plunge cabins at Netil Corner, Hackney (since 2024) and International House, Brixton (since 2025). 170,000+ visits at over 90% occupancy. Named Best Urban Sauna in the UK; British Sauna Society operator member.
- The Birds Nest (https://birdsnestbrixton.com/): a rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar at International House, Brixton, designed, built and fitted out in-house (since 2025).
- Netil360, Hackney (2014 to 2025): one of the UK's most iconic rooftop bars.
- Pop-up builds: partner of the Blue Earth Summit 2026, bringing sauna and cold plunge to its Health Hub; also Brighton Sauna Festival and Equanimity Festival.
- New sites open in 2027.

## Working with us

- What we need from a site partner: the space and a power and water connection. We handle design, build, staffing and day-to-day running.
- Terms: from as little as six months on meanwhile sites to long-term leases on established buildings.
- Our modular units fit spaces conventional builds can't, such as awkward rooftops, tight footprints and irregular sites, and can be lifted out cleanly when a scheme moves to its next phase.
- Press: National Geographic, Condé Nast Traveller, British Vogue, The Telegraph.
